Hi i have been trying to request password and Michelle keeps locking my threads every time and i did wait 24 hours like stated and she still locked my thread i think there is a bug because i did everything write and every time i request she comes in and locks the thread.

First of all, you might notice you only have 1 post, this is because I don't take kindly for people who are just spamming the forums quick to get to 30 posts so they can request.

Secondly, you can't make a request for the same site day after day - if its the same site you need to wait 3 days if i'm not mistaken.
