Got a short Question.I have been out of Town from the 16.03.2003 till 29.03.2003.And had no Chance to go into the Forum in this Time.Now i found in the last Minutes 2 Treads where is a Post from me inside.BUT I DID NOT MAKE THIS POSTS

Is there someone who logs in with my Name and posts Treads here????

Hmmmm...looks like something for our resident sleuths to look into....

Looks very suspicious that someone would ask "is this where I post passes?" when we all know that you know the rules and have been here for a long time.

Hopefully we can get this sorted quickly for you mate.

Go to your userCP and change your password. Make sure there are no traces of the password on your home computer.

And if by chance you use a public computer from time to time...could allow someone to stumble across your user info. Might want to check your work/school/library computers if you use any of these for SS.

Whenever I use a public computer to access SS, I always log off from SS after using. You might wanna start practicing this.

IF YOU USE IT AT SCHOOL- TOO EASY TO GET INFO- ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS INSTALL A KEYLOGGER AT ANY COMPUTER AND MAGIC.. DID I SAY TO MUCH...........

THERE WAS A EXPLOIT WITH VBULLETIN BUT GOT PATCHED ON OLD VERSIONS.

I GOT IN ACOUPLE OF FORUMS IN THE PAST BUT TOOK AWHILE.
AND I DON'T THINK THAT SOMEONE WOULD GET IN THIS SERVER AND POST SOMETHING. CHANGE YOUR PASS AT A SAFE COMPUTER YOU TRUST AND THAT SHOULD STOP SOMEONE TRYING TO GET IN

I only go into the Forum from my Homecomputer.Neverever from somewhere else.But from Time to Time i forgot to lock out when i leave.Might be that a Chance for the "Ghost"??????´
And naturaly i never ever leave a Password on my Computer.Doesn`t matter for what i need a Password.The First Rule when you use Internet....................
