passes for this site was given out before several times.
my thread was closed by morgoth with the argument this site is under investigation.
its a average normal site i ask for and as i said passes was given out for this site before with no probs.
i respect the rules but could it be that morgoth think he is not morgoth but god?

where we are discussing the question of teenkarma...
there are two possible outcomes...
either it will be allowed to be posted...or it won't...
in the first case...you'll be able to request your pass on a very short time...
in the second case...you won't be able to...

because...not only does he do a very fine job Modding the board...
but he's also one of the best pass providers on the board too...

sometimes I think some people lose focus about what's happening here...
you can come here...go to the new passes forum...
and find a selection of passes for free that would cost you a bunch of money to buy...
thanks to the work of someone who did it just for the pleasure of doing it...

and when you ask for a request...what happens...
in some cases one of the testers happens to have a working pass to that site in his history files...
but in other cases he deliberately sets out to find you a working pass...however long it takes...
and when he finds it...he gives it to you...

there's a basic difference here between rights and priveleges...
some people seem to think that it's their right to ask for a pass...
and it's their right to have that request filled...
wrong...
it's a privilege to be able to ask...
and a privelege to get the request filled...
and if we close a thread as in this case...
it is for a very valid reason...

Teenkarma has been reported as a potential rule-breaking site, and while it's under discussion, there will be NO requests filled for it.

If Morgoth had not closed your request, the next moderator who came along would have... so there is no need to single out Morgoth... he did what he felt was right... this is WHY he is a Mod!!!

This is NOT a normal teen site as it is lacking a "18 U.S.C '2257 compliance notice" which this being a US web site based in Calif. (via www.whois.com) automaticlly makes it suspect (2257 requires proof of age for all models be held by the site owner)

I am not a mod and know nothing about their discussion, but just the lack of notice make me VERY uncomfortable with the site in light of SSFs rules.

Morgoth was doing what he is expected to do. We err on the side of caution and then the vote goes one way or the other. I do not vote cos i raise the issues. Being the worlds greatest expert on porn makes me qualified to pick and choose sites that i think are suspect. You are not being judged on your post we are judging the site. Your have nothing to worry about. If it is banned you will be told. If it is not banned you will ask again for a pass,,, so no harm done.........

i think it would be better to take this rubrik opionion from the board cause nobody seems to care what people write here.
i think you are the bosses but your members arn't the assholes and should have the right to post there opinion in the rubrik opinion without sanktionen.
