Security-Forums.net - AlertPay or, something else? Thanks, I need to know this (dumb yet reasonable) question.

Not right now, there are some problems with master card processing recently, they should be resolved by next month. Meanwhile you can fund your alertpay account via check, postal order, visa or bank transfer/wire.
