Follow these steps:
1. Login to your AlertPay account.
2. Click on "Profile".
3. Under "Financial", select "Subscriptions".
5. Select the subscription (Reference number) you would like to cancel and click "Cancel", then "Next".
6. Review details and click on "Finish".

No, it does not. You need to cancel it as I put above. If you do not cancel it, it will continue to bill you each month.
