Health Section - 10-06-2009, 07:10 AM

How about adding a health section?
I'll be happy to look after it - B.Pharmacy (honors)

Questions that could be asked are:

1. Gain muscle (natural, steroids...)
2. Recent encounter with a questionable WG, what to do
3. Anything goes

That's sounds good. Would be a sticky thread, or would we need to start a new thread everytime?

If it were just a sticky some of the questions and information would probably get lost in the middle.

For those who want to post a quick question, starting a new thread might be best. It would then be easier for you or others to see it and respond.

joby1234: free weights are certainly the best. it depends on the body shape that you're trying to have. Typically to put on mass the quickest it's 5-7 reps x 3. Don't just focus on one muscle groups e.g. biceps as you need to build the supporting groups too otherwise you'll injure yourself pretty quickly.
Hydrate adequately before working out and protein load (100% whey protein) within 30 minutes of completing a workout.
