I think that request section should be cleaned

... There is many not useful posts

and filled request should be deleted... or U should make some kind of system of points for people which are filling request or something like that...

I don't know what you mean useful posts. They are pretty useful to the requester, but no use for people not requesting and not filling.

I'm happy with the way it is now. I don't know how you could implement it. Who would say the request was filled.. Not the cracker, else spammers would mark that they filled loads of requests that they didn't. No the person being supplied either. They will be too busy checking out the requested site

.. It's hard enough policing the "thank provider in thread" requirement.

Well, if all the ones filled get moved - you can monitor a lot closer which ones are being thanked for and which ones aren't - as you just need to check which ones have only one reply and not more - simply sorting by amount of replies would do it for you.

Until you have tried policing a request section you have no idea how much pestering some people need just to say thanks.

They do have a points system for crackers filling requests, aren't last month's usually posted?

10 pages of requests closed:
All posts over 2 days old and have been thanked for properly (Thanks in the thread) are now closed.

2 consistent non-thankers have been demoted

You should be able to see the open/closed requests a little clearer now
