I want to return paying for the gold status but has a problem
with the visa/mastercard system, is there another way to give & return
to any status, because I've been locked out of the pass area???

Until The payment processor begins accepting Visa/Mastercard again there's nothing we can do on our end to expedite the process.

Apologies for the Inconvenience...

Thanks for the great info, look forward to contributing again. I had the same issue with AlertPay for the visa renewals. Next time I'll have to use the 6 or 12 month option instead of the recurring! PM on the way. Great site and keep up the good work

Hi Robot -- thanks for the offer. I sent my alertpay transaction ID, but haven't heard back yet-- did I send it to the correct PM?
