No longer silver member?

Hello,

I have been silver member for long. I cannot remember the date I became silver, but it was at least one year ago. Since then, I've been buying the 1-month Gold membership 3-4 times. Every time, after the month was over, my status was converted back to silver member.

This last time, however, my status has just been converted to active member and I no longer have access to the silver area.

Is there a specific reason for that? I hope it was just a mistake and I will get my silver membership back.

log out and back in again pasannus, it could be just a glitch in the server, then if it's still showing you as active, I'll see if I can manually upgrade you again.

I think the problem is fixed as I can see the silver area again. Now testing with this post whether I am also called a "SSF Silver Member" again...
