Unable to access Gold Membership -

Hi,
I joined on the 26th Jan and, the next day, changed my registered email address. This led to a loss of access to the Gold forums in spite of me re-authing my account by clicking the email link which gets sent to the new email address. I even tried changing back to my original email address before finally emailing admin - I don't think he's been around for a while though. Can anyone advise what I should do? I'm tempted to rebuy another 6 months Gold membership and then ask for a refund of the original but I don't want to do this before first checking it's okay to do so. Thanks |
