Question concerning Max Hardcore...NOW BANNED

Okay, I understand that he is probably well-liked among the members of this forum... but I have been to his site and frankly it is pretty disturbing.

Forget for a minute the violent sex, choking, speculums, verbal degradation (i.e. "dirty whore", "cumbucket", etc.) and obvious attempt at making the girls look and act 12 years old... there is also a lot of pissing and piss-drinking.

I'm a little hesitant to support banning it outright because a (very small) portion of it is run-of-the-mill porn. But in every single video/photo shoot he treats those poor girls like they are worse than dogshit. I really don't like that at all. He is the feminist porn-crusader's worst nightmare, and best example of how porn exploits women.

Sorry to get all preachy.

So what's the deal? To pinch an old Clash lyric-- Should this stay or should it go?

Personally I don't like these kind of sites either, but ... I don't think there's anything illegal in it ...

But you have a good point ... it's stated in the rules ! But since it's a fairly new rule (2 months) i guess it's normal that not everyone has seen it already ...

So .. I vote in favor of removal :-)

hmmm good point. For me we have been cracking this one for so long here, and it's seen as OK on other boards aswell..

I guess it's up to the majority and what they think, but I say we continue to allow it, just because it's been posted here soooo many times..

Whaddya the rest of u think?

I think indeed that max is a "classic" site on boards, but when you decide to include piss/shit sites in the rules I think we shouldn't make exceptions ... pissing is pissing :-)

So : when the rule stays I think max hardcore has to go.

But we can also discuss if this rule is really necessary : I don't care if p/s sites are forbidden, I find them disgusting, but unlike beast or Ch P I don't think this is illegal (I could be wrong though).

Personal opinion : let's keep the rule and sorry for Max.

Well it isn't pay per view, just ordinary CCBill protection i think.. as i said before, i don't have a problem with this site, and to be honest we ain't here to act as moral guardians on what turns ppl on. Personally I don't like this site (for the reasons ndogg gives above), but I don't think we should ban it.

Don't crack it if u don't want to, but it doesn't need to be banned....

If we banned every site which had one trace of piss pic in it, there would be a lot less sites, even some of the bigger and more popular sites have sometimes contained this stuff.. I don't like it, so consequently I don't look at it!!!

But the fact of the matter is that the rule was implemented because either ******, the mods, or the majority of the forum deems this kind of stuff (scat/piss - eating/drinking) to "cross the line" into territory occupied by beastiality, incest, kiddie porn, snuff porn, etc.

Even if there wasn't any pissing, I still wouldn't support this site because he treats women like dog shit and that's not cool in my book. If you don't believe me, go to the site and watch any of the videos with speculums, gagging, puking, choking, etc.

Ideally this rule is strictly enforced, but as you have already said maxhard is not strictly a SHIT / PISS EATING or DRINKING site, it does have other pics aswell, we appreciate the opinions you have of course, and if you wish we will have a vote (either here or between mods) on maxhards future here

well, hehe, i'm a green guy here, and i was privy to the decisions on this stuff, the rules was drafted to encompass mainly sites that's entire m.o was dedicated to piss etc.. maxhard i don't feel belongs in that category...

Maybe this is so, but the site in general is violent, degrading, and disgusting... I suggest anyone interested should check it out and give their opinion.
