Men and Women -

There are two buildings across the street from each other. Both of the buildings are five stories tall. One building says Women Only and it is for women to buy men. The other building says Men Only and it is for men to buy women. The rules of each building is that you can chose to go up a level but you can not go down a level.
A woman goes into the building for women and reads the rules and on the first floor it says "Good looking Men". The woman is pleased but goes on to the next floor and it says "Good Looking Men that are Smart" and the woman is very impressed. She decides to go up one more level and it says "Good Looking Men that are Smart and Rich". The woman is pleased and is tempted to take the man but she decides to go up to floor four. The floor says "Good Looking Men that are Smart and Rich and are Romantic" the woman thinks hard and decides that since the previous levels had good things but got better that the fifth and final floor has the best men. She goes to the top floor and it says "This floor holds no men". No woman has ever bought a man from the store.
A man goes into the other building for men. The man reads the first floor and it says "Good looking Women who love Sex" and the man smiles but goes up one more level and it says "Good looking Women who love sex and are not needy". The other three floors have never been visited.
