The message says

Yeah, welcome aboard Quebec!! Like what Chopin said, just reply to the threads you like. Participate as often as you can otherwise, you'll be banned. So just find topics you want to read, and post a reply if you like or didn't like what you read. But keep in mind to be respectful of others. We all try to help one another out here so no flaming. Follow the rules, and you should have no problem here. Hope you find the things you're looking for here.
