Thank you for the share but I have some concerns:

- It includes a reg file and a dummy 1meg file hidden in a sfx archive, I believe that is to get "more" credits?!?
- I dont really think setting the update server to some place other than Eset is a good solution when security is in question. I think they should have gone https already but that is another discussion.

To sum up, I would recommend being cautious using this one with the patch...

I didn't know this had a hidden file in it... I archived everything myself, if anything I will take this file down & provide an alternative.

And the update server is eset

See the comments, I checked the patch, it is a rar sfx which runs a registry file that adds an update server - eset.ihl5.com (a mirror made by someone, not eset) so you can keep downloading.

To see the contents of the file you need Winrar. Click on Patch_gigabyte89.exe and "Open with Winrar". You will see a file named "Thanks" that is something probably the _sharing_ guy has put in the first place, it is a text file containing nothing but 1s.

Once again I highly recommend not setting to any update server that is not owned by Eset.

Thanks jackie had no idea that this patch was some what "fixed"...

If you guys need an update server check comments on eset products on websites like mininova& the pirate bay. The updates don't last long on a single update site.
