hello, i see no ones have posted that, i want it! but i only have the demo........ its multiplayer yes but i have less money hahaha, well i see some mot*****er are shoting al time the dam car in every time i play the demo (that last days) one crow hit the car, and in the end i dont know why the others whait something out from safehouse i think are waiting more zombies but i want play from the star every time...

Its a great "zombie" game i ever played: coop 5p + zombie 2p + "you dont remember the ammo" 2p + zoey not habe big breast -1p = 8/10

o me god!, i need play again that game!, i see soon.

haha you got good points. I like big breasts but.. the current Zoey is nice

I'd give it a 9 though, one of the best fps games I've every played. the whole game will be a much grander experience.

The cinematic experience overall is great.
great voice acting, cool & funny lines from the characters, Many easter eggs,
good atmosphere,
plus the director is doing a good job controlling the hords, tension after tension.
It's really like a zombie apocalypse.

Plus the game runs smooth on my machine, whith good graphics.

i give the demo a 9 nut only because there seems to be a problem with connecting to games with people from your steam friends list.
im sure this will be fixed for the main game so will prob be a 10
never has it been so satisfiing to wait while a zombie runs at you, hit him in the face abd then blow his head off

I played the demo earlier and couldn't really get into it. It was basically just the same thing over and over again.

I've seen a few advertisements while i was driving on the freeway, it seems like its suppose to be a very good game. I will download the demo and give it a try soon

the game i definitly a most... coop on expert is solid... the AI director give an infinit replay value.. everytime you replay an area the spawn are different...

overall great game...

Left4Dead is just one of the best COOP games made these last years imo. Even if it is based on source engin, the detail is pushed to it's extreme making you feel like in a reel Zombie film.

The game offers a a few game possibilities:

Mutliplayer - COOP ( IA zombies boss, human-played survivors)
Solo COOP (IA directed zombies and survivors bosses)
Multiplayer Versus (Human Zombies/Survivors)

The game is quite simple: The main idea is that you have a bunch of 4 survivors trying to reach the end of a whole campaign, composed of 5 levels. In each level you need to have a least one survivor reaching the saferoom. From where the next step will be started.

Against you, tons of plain zombies handled by the IA Director. To help the basic zombies, players or IA will handle special zombies (Smoker, Boomer, Hunter and Tank), who need to cooperate to stop the survivors from reaching the Saferoom by getting them all down to ground (kill or incapacitate).

For the moment 4 campaigns are playable in Solo and 2 in versus.

No Mercy (S M)
Blood Harvest (S M)
Death Toll (S)
Dead Air (S)

The SDK will soon be released so prepare for massive campaign rain to pour on the L4D mapping sites !
