Today would have been Fred Rogers 80th Birthday.

When I was a kid he helped me feel better when no one else understood.

He never wanted to profit from his success. He just wanted to help children.

Truly a righteous man and a good neighbor.

I remember that show, i always enjoyed it when he would vistit factorys and show how things were made, and one time i remember he did a show with a stunt pilot who wrote things in the sky, that was one of my favorite shows when i was a kid. I still remember when i found out he had died, i was in high school, but i was really disappointed.
