Question Sleep - 03-18-2007, 07:38 PM

SLEEP

How is your sleep lately? So much of our mood depends on whether we are well-rested. So here are a few tips...

- Avoid alcohol after supper.
- Avoid caffeine after supper.
- Don't eat big meals or large snacks close to bedtime.
- Get regular exercise, but not just before bed

Gee, it sounds like there's not much you can do just before bed. Well, there are some things, but don't do what I do (My SEO clients have been known to read the timestamp on my emails and ask me "What were you doing up at THAT hour?)

- Try a relaxing routine, like a bath before bed
- Watch a little TV, comedy is best, horror and action are not (Listen to the sounds of the TV with your eyes closed. If it does not sound relaxing, it is not).

Sweet dreams.

Another informative post by Chongwah!! Thanks!! Even though I already get 10 hours of sleep, I'll be sure to close my eyes and find out if what I hear on tv is relaxing.

Yeah. I've been getting little sleep lately. Really gets back at you later the week. You feel all tired all of a sudden.

But when i over sleep or something, it just really makes me feel bad. First off i just feel like i wasted half a day or what not and it just gives me a weird headache.

You guys the same?

But thanks for the reminder for sleep!
