Alot of people wanted to see the pics I took during the Mardi Gras celebration here in Austin. I know it is not New Orleans , But look at the pics, who cares? This is only a fraction of the pics and video I took of the Big Party.

most folks don't realize that other towns and cities along the gulf coast celebrate mardi gras.........

in fact, my old hometown of mobile, alabama, is where mardi gras was first celebrated in the united states..... a man by the name of joe cain, i.e. joe cain day in mobile, led the first parade......... and, i believe mardi gras is much finer in mobile......... hell,when you're all drunk or stoned, or drunk and stoned, the moon pies and candy which are thrown off the floats come in handy!!!!!!!!!!
