If you sent to the verified PayPal address, then you should be able to prove delivery to the owner of the credit card and either get your money back, or your product back. If you sent the item to an address other than the buyers registered and verified address, and this happened, then unfortunately you've learnt a valuable lesson the hard way.
People will screw people for what they can get. True story.
If you did send this to the buyers registered address, credit card stolen or not, they will still have received the items and should ship them back accordingly. If they don't, call the police and report a theft.
