but it always redirect me to http://www.epicgals.com/epic404/?TOPSMUTLINKS
why??

in IE
goto: Tools-->internet options-->connections-->settings

there you'll see a proxy server area - check if its blank or not.

if that doesn't work maybe you're using a firewall which blocks your access, or maybe your isp is banned from that certain site, maybe you used a pass for it once and saved it with your browser and now it tries to use that pass again and locks you out since it has been reported stolen... try clearing cookies and history.

for me it works, that i can tell you.

i just love putting that....but yes it works for me

and Un^Real is right with the solutions. Your ISP could likely be banned if all else fails when you've cleared you cookies and stuff.
