i am fan of speed / black /heavy metal and for sure Korn is not heavy.... ( i don't put them in metal too)

i put them in hip hop with guitars like limp bizkit or static x........ these are considering as metal band..... lol...

forget the year but i spent 8 hours up to my ankles in piss and vomit watching what is regarded as one of the best thrash, speed concerts of all time. Truely awsome !
Megadeath headlining with god knows how amny others with Voi Vod etc etc some i can't remember. I think the marshals were 5 or 6 cabs high. People were "surfing" into the crow from the top. Its a wonder we wern't all killed. It was some really old school stuff as this was a long time ago.

Also Donnington EVERY YEAR to see the likes of ZZ, Maiden, AC DC, Metalica, DLRoth (on his own), Van Halen with both Hagar and Roth...... this list goes on and on. But then again we were spoilt for the big festivals in the UK with two woppers every year.

Also some little gigs like Vow Wow, Roth again, Magnum, Heart, Prince (yep 5 times), Tokyo Blade, Deo, Roses (in 1986 before fame), Faster Pussykat. I forget how many tee shirts i have. LOL There must be 20 or so i can't remember.

Pissing into 1 gallon Juice bottles at the front of the mosh pit.....cos it took 3 hours to get to the toilet. And then throwing it backwards over thecrowd. LOL

Those were the days.

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Aliop, I thought the Taliban had banned this kind of music in your country. You must be very careful cos if Bin Laden hears, you could be in deep shit

Old Korn may be considered heavy metal, much darker and heavier before American Pop culture sunk their hands into the band. I have to say I love heavy music, if your interested in some stuff thats not too extreme I would say try Pantera, Sepultura, old Metallica, Megadeth, Machine head, just to name a few.
If you want something a little crazier check out bands such as Slayer, Death, Carcass, At the Gates, Cradel of Filth, Napalm Death.
