OHIO

It is illegal to fish for whales on Sunday.

It is illegal to get a fish drunk.

It is illegal to mistreat anything of great importance.

It is illegal to display colored chickens for sale.

Power Wheels® cars may not be driven down the street.

Anal intercourse is banned

It's illegal to catch mice without a hunting license!

Any person who leans against a public building will be subject to fines.

You cannot eat a doughnut and walk backwards on a city street.

A policeman may bite a dog to quiet him.

You may not run out of gas.

FLORIDA

A special law prohibits unmarried women from parachuting on Sunday or she shall risk arrest, fine, and/or jailing.

If an elephant is left tied to a parking meter, the parking fee has to be paid just as it would for a vehicle.

Having sexual relations with a porcupine is illegal. (why why!!)

When having sex, only the missionary position is legal.

You may not fart in a public place after 6 P.M. on Thursdays.

It is considered an offense to shower naked.

Oral sex is illegal.

You may not kiss your wife's breasts

Unmarried couples may not commit "lewd acts" and live together in the same residence.

Chickens are considered a 'protected species.

Women may not expose their breasts while performing "topless dancing".

I study law in a country which is not the US. You'd be surprised at the impressive amount of dumb laws we have (as I'm sure most countries do).

... I was going to post a quickie one for you, but couldn't find the Criminal Code. Anyways, suffice it to say you can be put in jail for running off with your fiancé.

Still more impressive are the congressional transcripts. I have one in which a congressman calls his partners' genitalia something that, roughly, translates to "small gorillas".

Hehehe... guess they would be more apt for a porn movie than Congress.

way too funny...we have some here ourselves. In fact a couple of years ago a fellow sued the Department of Corrections because they would not give him his .30 caliber rifle, 2 gold eagle coins and a horse upon his release from prison. Seems that that part of the law was never removed from the books and I guess he had plenty time to read up on the law during his lockup.
