now for real.

long ago there were people called the maccabies. they went on a quest to find oil for the menora (lamp) that lays in thier holy temple after all the oil tanks they had have gone dry.

in short, their quest lasted for 8 days in which a really small can of oil was only left for the menora in their temple, one that should have lasted for several hours, lasted for eights whole days.

ofcourse there was the fight with the greek and a guy called bar-chochva who was locked with a lion in a cage and defeated it with his bear hands, but i said i'll keep it short...
