Health insurance+free or significantly discounted access to a number of clinics, life insurance, 6 weeks paid time off, sports and fitness benefit card, another benefit card for 15% off in a lot of places, entertainment package (usually cinema vouchers).
And a lot of small things like taxi weekday fare all week, including weekend nights and 10% off the fare, free cafeteria, etc.
Oh, and old company PCs and monitors that would otherwise be scrapped (not really old, more like two or three years old that have become deprecated or obsolete for office use).
