We all have seen that Kim clijsters returned to the tennis and won US open.

I say she roxs! and she should nr 1 again real soon.

womens tennis is pretty lame as evidenced by what Clijsters did.
the standard is terrible as are the players with the possible exception of the Williams sisters.
good to see Clijsters and Hennin back though, they will definitely raise the standard.

i bet even Stefi Graf is tempted to make a comeback right now....she'd probably be world no.1 in a few months.

fuck 'em if they cant take a joke

she's a good player no doubt abt that..... it matters that luck also plays a role acc. to me......... as no big players were in the semis and finals........
She played awesome on her return....

Can't say I enjoy women's tennis because of the high quality of the matches..
The main reason I sometimes watch it is because there are some pretty nice ladies, like Ana Ivanovic etc. But for good matches I stick to Federer etc.

I think that in this last edition of the US open there were some great breakthrough female players like Svenarova or Wozniacki and Oudin

I don't watch the womans matches much. The grunting starts to get annoying after a while.

I thinks it great that she won. Better than the Williams sisters winning!

well, that's pretty much the picture of the WTA atm.

But, kudos to Kim though, what a fairytale!..she's been a one slam wonder in her 1st career then she comes back being a mother and wins the USO like a piece of cake.

Though i have much respect to Justine, i just didn't like her
timing of announcement of her return, she will officially come back next season, so she could've announced it in the off season maybe. Was it to overshadow Kim's party, i don't know!

Next season will be great i expect, with the WSisters still strong in the game, Justine, Kim added in the mix and ofcourse the lady herself Maria Sharapova gradually finding her form back after a long lay off due to a career threatening shoulder injury..
