The research conclusion: Only swift and lethal force can stop zombies before its too late.

My conclusion: If there is a global zombie virus pandemic, the only nation that shall have any hope to survive relatively intact would be the United States (and perhaps Canada). In other nations, the ratio of unarmed person to armed person is too great therefore they could not hope to counter a zombie attack quick enough before its too late.

The only problem with any Zombie pandemic is getting the word out without causing a panic. In any Zombie situation, there would probably be mass casualties from people attempting to leave infected areas and trampling the others which begs the question of which is worse: The Zombies trying to survive or the people themselves?

The military have orders to kill people coming out of large massively infected areas, although those disaster plans are aimed at WMD situations rather than a zombie apocalypse.

Besides with an onslaught of zombies all you have to do is hide until their flesh rots and they flop to the ground.
