Don't think military school would do any good to him. He's too vulnerable and sheltered for that. He wont able to cope with the sudden change. Worst fear would be he becomes someone like Private Pyle from Full Metal Jacket.

From what I see and clues I can get, I dont think he even went to regular schools. He seems to be home schooled or went to some special small community Christian school.

A 12 year old who went to a regular school won't be that foolish to post such videos which would inevitably open himself to attacks and ridicule from his peers.
