All i could find was that he violated some codes regarding obscene material...well that's a shocker...but i can't find what the laws actually stand for.
Did he try to sell some bestiality or something? Haha! |

He was charged with distributing obscene pornography over the internet and mail. It's considered obscene due to scenes of sadomasochism, torture, and the occasional forced sex. Because his movies were degrading to the women in them (regardless of whether or not he videotaped them signing consent forms and agreeing to participate in these role play videos), they were able to make a case against him in Florida under their laws. I guess he's making private videos in prison now, except he's the one being degraded!
