schnitzel with mash , fried cheese with chips, well done steaks - all with good cold beer
thai food (well maybe its more likely "hot chinese" than thai - it must bee hot and with fried noodles)
and some italian dishes(spaghetti neapolitana, lasagne and sometimes pizza)
Where ever I went around the globe I found great food - well except for Great Britain (sorry guys - but thanks god you have Tandori, Greek and Italian restaurants) and also the French cuisine is far overrated. So, I fancy
- Italian food (mainly the variety of pasta and sauces)
- good Steaks (Bones in Atlanta, but also the normal Longhorns)
- Mexican / Tex-mex dishes (love my Fajitas)
- German sausages and grand-mas recepies and cookings
With all the mouth watering food thoughts I almost had forgotten the basics:
Real good fresh bread varieties from a German or Swiss bakery!!!
Man, just the smell of it is awesome. Having had that one cannot understand what they sell as bread in the US. Thanks god we have got a German / Swiss bakery in 'lanta.
