i recently joined a site called warezaccess. there was an option to join for a lifetime offer that ends in a day or so for only 4.95. the site had tons of movies/games/music etc. so for 5 bucks i signed up. i then got an email confirmation that a membership to megadownloadpass was activated for free. curiously but stupidly i checked out the site. It wasnt until a couple of days later that i checked my bank account only to find that my credit card was charged for over 300$!!! i flipped out and panicked looking at this. So i immediately cancelled the subscription to megadlpass and then another site was activated and i was charged again. i finally tracked down the source which was in fact warezaccess with a company called support2all.com. if anyone is having similar problems, post them here and maybe we can bring down these bastards once and for all so that nobody ever has this problem again.

I never sign up for any of those sites.. just seems to risky. Good luck though and hope you bring down those bastards!

That sucks man. Be careful where you give out your credit card info online.

This is outright fraud and your credit card company should reverse these transactions. Have you contacted it? In case of credit card fraud, there is usually a maximum liability of $50.

Its definitely illegal, unless they had some sort of warning in the small print. Even then its pretty dodgy.

There's plenty of free Wz out there. If you want, you can just send me a pm and I'll refer you to an excellent place. Don't want to pay for that shit, too risky. After all .. they are pirates .. they steal from mighty record companies, so why not from a single small computer user.
