Gold Member Account Issue -

Yesterday I signed up for the $15.95 recurring billing for gold membership. The payment has already gone through. However, I have not had access to gold member areas for over 24 hours. I get a prompt to upgrade again. I used an old account to upgrade that I think may be in inactive status. I have emailed the SSF Administrator yesterday but have not received a reply. I also made a post in the "Introductions" section, but I still can't access anything. Has anyone seen this issue before or know why this is? Any suggestion welcome. Thanks.
