Quick Question?

It tells me everytime I come to the board that I have been gone for several weeks and if I don't post I will be banned.

I usually go on trips for work so how do I keep from getting this warning everytime.

Is there a hold account button or what?

There currently isn't a hold account button. If you know you will be gone for a longer period of time, just post it in the Spammer's Paradise and if indeed you should get banned (demoted), just post in the banned forum that you've been gone, with reference to your first thread, to get reactivated right away.
