Both are great, but I personally prefer laptops. They're not quite as fast and don't have as much storage and stuff, but the shear convenience and mobility make them great and more useful in my daily life.

I have two desk tops but have the space and no need to carry a computer around. Also you get much more power for your money and they can be upgraded easily.

both of them, for gaming, graphical works, and heavy processing tasks, ofcourse desktop is better, they are more powerful than laptops, for tarvelling jobs such as check e-mails,chat, and any light processing tasks, laptops are better.
