Good one, but too easy. I mean it was only a short sentence. Let's try a little longer one. Take the latest Harry Potter book and let's see who gets the correct number. I got 169,834.

I've seen the 'of' one many times as well, but Harry Potter - now there's a challenge.

I suppose, that people who read English rather fluently will mostly not count the F's in the of's.

Correct. The reason is the "f" in "of" is pronounced like a "v" so the brain does not register the "f" as an "f".

Worked for me, but I knew it was a trick... so I take a text like that and break it down deleting all the letters... haha cheating I know... but it works
