Actually some of the hottest women I know have both... its just when you're in the market for one of those, it seems like you cant get the other. But trust me there are tons of hot girls with both

It´s an evolutionary thing: As men can only see butt OR breasts and not both simultaneously, it´s a waste of energy (fat) to develop both. Nevertheless some girls really waste their energy!
