What to use to download these types of media? -

Hey guys, what would be the best thing to use to download these types of movies being that there is no download link. Maybe like a flash catcher? Thanks for your help!!![Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
I understand you want to download and save Flash Video files
A simple way to do it:
When the file has finished streaming, in IE, go to Internet Options, Settings, Show Files. In the window that opens, click on the Size header to have the biggest files at the top. You will see the .flv file there at the top. Just copy it in a new folder and rename it as you want.
The best player to view .flv files is GOM Player, because it allows seeking and has many other options.

VLC media player also allows for viewing, but without seeking.

Following a private message, I am posting more details here:
The path I gave is a shortcut to the Temporary Internet Files folder. Another way to access this folder directly is to first enable "Show Hidden Files" in Files Options and then (in XP) go to Documents and Settings/UserName/Local Settings/Temporary Internet Files.
Then erase all the files and start streaming a video.
After that, the largest file in there is probably the .flv file you just viewed.
You might have to copy the file after viewing each one, because it might get deleted by the next one you stream. I have tried [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and it works perfectly for me. But I see the problem. Each new movie is named "movie(1)". So each movie you stream erases the preceding one. If you copy each file right after streaming it, you can save all video files. You will have to rename them of course.
Files can easily be viewed with GOM Player. I have given their web site in my original reply.

IDM is not free. The price is $25 after the 30-trial. IDM does automatically what can be done manually by copying flv files from the Temporary Internet Files directory. You might be able to find a cracked copy of IDM on eMule/Bit Torrent
Question: For those using IDM, is it any good at grabbing files that are "stream only" (not saved to the Temp file)?
And the flv player, an alternative to GOM Player:

It's also worth mentioning that RealPlayer has a feature that runs in the browser( Typically Firefox for me), and when you rest the mouse pointer over the video, it says download to realplayer in the upper right hand corner.
You can easily download the video like that, and you wont have to pay....
