Someone tried to hack my acct here

got this email:

Your account on Security Site Forum has been locked because someone has tried to log into the account with the wrong password more than 5 times. You will be able to attempt to log in again in another 15 minutes.

The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: 208.48.140.10

It basically boiles down to changing your password once in a while and preferably use an unguessable one as tygga7 suggested.

I had a same problem here too a few weeks ago when somebody from Granada, Spain tried to log into my acct.

Yeah, best to have a combo of letters and numbers as it makes it more difficult to figure out. Other than that, PM the Admins and Mods. Make sure to include the unauthorized person's IP Address and the date and time of the attempts on the PM. Hope everyone keeps their accounts safe.
