Please understand that none of us get paid here - neither the crackers nor the staff members. As such what we do here is a hobby. That also means there is no guarantee you get your requests filled, independent of rank.
We do however try to direct the crackers to give Gold Requests a higher priority and as such the chance increases. Additionally you can request more than one site per day and get access to a lot more and better passwords.
In the end the only way to get a pass guaranteed is to learn cracking and do it yourself. No matter which place you are at...
