Not all sites can be spoofed. It has to be a misconfiguration and a very sloppy admin/coder for that to be allowed.

Also consider the size of the sites in question. If a site has a small member base then the odds on it getting cracked are going to reduce somewhat. Some crackers run through a batch of their normal sites, then scan the requests section to see if anyone asked for any of them. Then, given time, they'll work on any outstanding sites for which they have the relevant genre of wordlist. Again, nothing guarantees a pass.

You mention that you can't use anonymous proxies to crack. Have you contributed any such proxies yourself for others to crack with to increase your chance of a cracker being able to work on your site?
(yes, programs are there for you to test and check proxies through your enforced ISP proxy).
