don't worry, the warning bot is an automated script intended to catch lurkers - if you don't login it will automatically assume you are on vacation. Just make sure that once you get back from your vacation, you take the time to participate here and you should be fine. Also note that should an error be made (e.g. you were on vacation, logged in and your computer broke down immediately afterwards), you can make an Active status request and the staff will do their best to get you the proper status back as soon as possible.

About your question with the web proxies: It could be that they block/filter (some) cookies and scripts, which could be the reason you can't access the site through them. I'm not that knowledgeable about that topic though, so I might be wrong there.
