Well.. as one who tries to never underestimate the stupidity of the public at large.... I doubt any of them* would pay more attention then required to find what they needed to get in, and then disreguard eveything else they had read once they got in. After all.. the rules and links to them are all over the place now already.

*them being the kind of people who break the rules.
