Security Site Forum - View Single Post - why not opening a specific forum for programing language

sounds like a cool idea, but..

the subject might get too close to php (assuming for cracking), like "forum" type progs (as i learned early, thats not allowed here).
but i guess rules could be set by the admins, would be cool to see what people would come up with.
